International orders and shipping

  • How to order

    • Some of our products are sold at may be convenient for you. Please check the pages, too.
    • We ship our products overseas except some countries, areas and products. Please order via our website or if you can hardly order via our website, contact us.
    • We ship via EMS and cannot accept outside of EMS. Please check the available areas.
    • For your information, we cannot ship particular product like batteries. If you would like to know the availability of the products, contact us.

  • Payment

    • We accept only credit cards.
    • We can accept Paypal if you could hardly order via our website. Please contact us.

  • Shipment

    • Shipping cost is up to the charge table for EMS. When you ofder via our website, please select either one of the two for “配送方法” (delivery method) field.We would change the cost later.
    • About delivery dates, please see this page.
    • We will email you after arranging for the shipment.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • You are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
      The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
      Orders shipped inside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
      The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
      Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

  • Return & Exchanges

    Our Policy

    • Initial defect Items purchased at the Ag Apartment Store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase.
    • Final sale and sale items are excluded – please see limitation list.
    • A completed Return Form must be included with any return shipment. The invoice is required for an in-store return.
    • Returns in-store for store credit only. No cash back.
    • Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.

    Please note the following limitations:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • Some pieces by Ag Apartment Store are sold with intentional imperfections. If you are not sure if your item is intentionally imperfect, please contact customer service.
    • Items that have been used or altered in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
    • Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.
    • Any item that was not purchased at full price cannot be returned. This includes sale items.
    • The following, exchanges by the convenience of our customers, kindly pay for shipping by the customer.
